Plastic Sorting & Recycling Basics
Learn to read resin codes, spot the plastics that actually get recycled, and prepare them properly. Lots of hands-on sorting, very little lecturing.
You take home: A sorting cheat sheet for your kitchen bench
Workshops
Our workshops are practical, a bit noisy and suitable for all ages. You'll leave knowing exactly what goes in your recycling bin, and some of you will leave with something you made.
Three formats
Every format starts with sorting, because good recycling starts with clean, correctly identified plastic.

Bring your own clean HDPE lids and watch them get shredded, heated and pressed. Help make a batch and choose your colours.
You take home: A keychain or coaster made from the batch you helped sort
A group collects and sorts plastic over a few weeks, tracks how much they gather, then helps design a planter, stool or bench for a local space.
You take home: A piece of furniture that stays in your community
